My name is Gerald Goh and I have been a Real Estate Agent for the past 7 years, a Homeowner, and a Father to a family of two kids.
Before working as a real estate agent, I was a member of a flight crew for 8 years, and just before I embarked on my real estate journey, I was involved in an F&B business selling Penang Prawn Noodles (really delicious ones).
Despite the success I was receiving in my business (I was featured in various media), I decided to switch to real estate as I wanted to be able to dedicate more time to my family, and after 8 years of flying, I summoned the courage and took the leap to become a real estate agent.
Throughout my career in real estate, I have been given various opportunities to be a project IC for different projects, which has granted me vast experience and insights into the industry that I previously was not privy to. This newfound knowledge and experience have allowed me to better assist families who are hesitant to make a decision.
